VOID_TYPE, BOOLEAN_TYPE, INTEGER_TYPE, FIXED_POINT_TYPE, and
REAL_TYPE nodes.
* mangle.c (write_builtin_type): Map down to the canonical type,
which will be one of the predefined type nodes.
