	* config/mips/mips.h (FILE_HAS_64BIT_SYMBOLS): New macro.
	(ABI_HAS_64BIT_SYMBOLS): Use it.
	(DWARF2_ADDR_SIZE): Use it instead of ABI_HAS_64BIT_SYMBOLS.
