(_Jv_MutexInit, _Jv_HaveMutexDestroy, _Jv_MutexUnlock,
_Jv_MutexLock, _Jv_ThreadYield): Reimplement using CRITICAL_SECTIONs
instead of mutex.
(_Jv_ThreadYield): Don't call Sleep(), because it crashes win98.
