* reload1.c (reload_reg_free_before_p): Delete.
Changed all callers to use reload_reg_free_for_value_p instead.
(reload_reg_free_for_value_p): Handle more reload types.
A RELOAD_FOR_INPUT doesn't conflict with its
RELOAD_FOR_INPUT_ADDRESS / RELOAD_FOR_INPADDR_ADDRESS.
Add special case for OUT == const0_rtx.
Added ignore_address_reloads argument.  Changed all callers.
