Fix ia64-linux kernel miscompile, bad unwind info when reorder epilogue block.
* final.c (final_scan_insn, case NOTE_INSN_BASIC_BLOCK): Call
IA64_UNWIND_EMIT.

(process_epilogue): New static function.
