autoconf tests should be run by the c++ compiler (not c), and

(eq_HASHNODE): Second argument is a hashdummy, not a HASHNODE.
(make_HASHNODE): No need to set ->name pointer.  Correct

(cpp_lookup): Make 'dummy' a struct hashdummy.  Tidy up a bit.
