* mips.md (mulsi3_mult3): Don't disparage output-LO alternative. Add
TARGET_MAD to condition.
(mulsi3): Test HAVE_mulsi3_mult3, not specific flags.
(mul_acc_si): Expand GENERATE_MADD here; it's the only use. Use "*d" for
accumulator, to give preference to LO initially but not during reload.
