	global search and replace of "part" by "chapter".
	* doc/xml/manual/shared_ptr.xml: Remove outdated information.
	* doc/xml/manual/messages.xml: Be more specific about systems where
	using 'int' for catalog handle is not a problem, mentioned LWG issue.
