   3         * Makefile.in: Remove unnecessary capabilities for
   4         installation, build of shared libraries, generation of
   5         distribution tarballs, etc.  Fix all the places that rely on
   6         the parent directory.  Don't generate libgnuintl.h from
   7         anything; do generate $(objdir)/libintl.h from libgnuintl.h if
   8         necessary.  Adjust DEFS for use of config.h.
   9         * libgnuintl.h.in: Rename libgnuintl.h.
  10         * README: New file.
  11         * config.charset, ref-add.sin, ref-del.sin: Delete (unused).
  12         * COPYING.LIB-2.0, COPYING.LIB-2.1: Delete (redundant).
  13         * aclocal.m4: New; generated per instructions in gettext manual.
  14         * configure.in: New; written from scratch for this configuration.
