Rename "Git clone" to "Git clone..." (corrected).

Git clone dialog caption was accidentally renamed to "Git clone...". This patch corrects that. Also, "Git clone" menu item renamed to "Git clone..." (took a while to figure out how menu item naming works in Tortoise).
