+ Proposal implementation of a new command called MONITOR2{ON,OFF}.
+ When the MONITOR2ON command is issued by a player, the server

+ appended to the record file.

+ StartGameWithoutHumans, which tries to make pairs trying to

+ previous class: StartGame.
