support.
* config/alpha/t-osf4: Renamed to ...

* config/alpha/osf.h: Renamed to ...
* config/alpha/osf5.h: ... this.
Merged old osf5.h contents.
Update comments.
(ASM_SPEC): Use ASM_OLDAS_SPEC directly.

reflect removal of Tru64 UNIX V4.0/V5.0 support.
Document that.

(cgraph_default_inline_p): Return true for nodes which should
disregard inline limits.
(estimate_function_body_sizes): Assume zero size and time for
nodes which are marked as disregarding inline limits.
(cgraph_decide_recursive_inlining): Do not perform recursive
inlining on always-inline nodes.

* io.c (check_format_string):  Added check for additional non
blank characters after the format string was successfully
parsed.
