        * gcc-interface/Makefile.in (SO_LIB): Handle multilib build for native
        windows targets.
        (EH_MECHANISM): Make sure we use gcc's exception mechanism for all
        native windows target.
        * system-mingw.ads (System): Change ZCX_By_Default default to
        True.
