* tree-ssa-alias.c (compute_flow_sensitive_aliasing): Call
set_used_smts.
* tree-ssa-structalias.c (set_used_smts): Export.
(find_what_p_points_to): Don't call set_used_smts here.
* tree-ssa-structalias.h (set_used_smts): Add prototype.
