* hwint.h (HOST_WIDE_INT_PRINT_DOUBLE_HEX): Change format string
placeholder from 0x%x to %#x.
(HOST_WIDEST_INT_PRINT_DOUBLE_HEX): Ditto.
* config/i386/i386.c (output_pic_addr_const): Ditto.
