        * tree-flow.h (simplify_stmt_using_ranges): Prototype.
        * tree-ssa-propagate.c (substitute_and_fold): Call
        simplify_stmt_using_ranges if we have range information.

        * gcc.dg/tree-ssa/vrp17.c: New test.
