* configure.in (HAVE_AS_DWARF2_DEBUG_LINE): Enable .file/.loc check
for powerpc*-*-*.
* configure: Regenerated.
* config/rs6000/linux.h (HANDLE_PRAGMA_PUSH_POP): Define.
* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (rs6000_unique_section): Use
STRIP_NAME_ENCODING.
