* tree-vectorizer.c (increase_alignment): Handle nested arrays.
Terminate debug dump with newline.

gcc/testsuite/
* gcc.dg/vect/section-anchors-nest-1.c: New test.
* lib/target-supports.exp (check_effective_target_section_anchors):
Add arm*-*-*.
