タブの順番入れ替え機能を追加。

連想ノートリストのアイテムが無いところを右クリックしたときにコンテキストメニューが表示されないようにした。

ノートGUID更新時に、すべてのタブのノートGUIDを新しいGUIDで上書きしていたバグを修正。

連想ノートリストの関連度の表示方法を少しだけ変更。

関連度が100%の時に、環境によっては1の部分がはみ出してしまう問題を修正。

Added check at startup so the sorting bug is only implemented if the list is narrow and the sort order is descending and the sort column is date changed.  This should help a little with slow startups for people who are not experiencing that bug.
